Company History
Sterling’s leadership realized that property management companies didn’t offer the personal attention and care to detail that association boards, property owners and residents needed and wanted. They decided to make a difference by operating a company that not only understood the complexities of property management with stellar professionalism, but also demonstrated the rare attributes of loyalty and caring concern for its varied clients.

Sterling Property Management was initially founded in 1989. Current management took over in 2003 and added “Services” to its name. They enhanced and expanded Sterling’s offerings to what it is today – a full service property management entity for homeowner associations, residential and commercial condominium associations, commercial buildings and office parks.
